Stargazer Puttanesca
Stargazer fish, (which used to be called 'poor man's lobster!) cooked in a delicious ragu, with olives, capers and all the Sicilian flavours!

Ingredients
Stargazer, Tin crushed tomato, Water, White wine, Pitted Green Olives, Onion, Tomato paste, Capers, Basil, Garlic, Parsley, Anchovies, Dried Oregano.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
