Water, Oxtail, Carrot, Potato, Sop Buntut Spice paste (Onion, Ginger, Garlic), Sop Buntut Garnish (Fresh Tomato, Celery, Spring onion), Salt, Caster sugar, white pepper, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves.
