Water, Cauliflower, Carrot, Red lentils, Coconut Yoghurt, Basmati rice, lime wedge, Butter, Ginger, fresh coriander, Cumin, ground coriander, Mustard seed, Fennel seeds, Turmeric.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
