Water, Red lentils, Chickpeas, Sweet potato, Pumpkin, Carrot, Onion, Dried Apricot, Honey, Tomato paste, Dates, Flaked almond, Garlic, Parsley, Ginger, Turmeric, Sweet paprika, Cinnamon.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave on high for 3 minutes or transfer to a pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
