Pronounced "mo-KEH-kah" this is a traditional Brazilian dish in a delicately flavoured tomato coconut sauce with a fresh hit of lime. This is such a different exotic way to serve up fish that is off the charts delicious!

Ling, Coconut milk, tin tomato whole, Chicken stock, Red capsicum, Onion, Carrot, Coriander, Olive oil, Tomato paste, Lime juice, Garlic, Lime zest, Jalapeno, Sweet paprika, Cumin.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
