A mild, mellow Sri Lankan Chicken Curry with curry leaves, lemongrass, tamarind and coconut milk - finished with a zesty dash of lime juice.

Ingredients
Chicken thigh, Coconut milk, Fresh Tomato, Onion, Veg oil, Tamarind, Lime juice, Ginger, Lemongrass, Garlic, cumin seeds, Turmeric, Curry leaves, Fennel, Fenugreek, Cloves, chilli flakes.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat on high for 2-3 min or until heated through.
