This is a nod to my FAVOURITE souvlaki place in Melbourne (actually...in the whole wide world...) - STALACTITES! Overnight Lamb shoulder on the bone...home made zucchini tzaziki...fresh tomatoes and cucumber, crunchy iceberg and a light pita bread - we'll do the hard work for you, all you have to do is heat it up and wrap!

Lamb Shoulder Bone in, Fresh Tomato, Pita Bread (Wheat), Iceberg Lettuce, Greek yoghurt (Milk), Cucumber, Zucchini, Red onion, Lemon, Olive oil, Garlic, Mint leaves, Dill

Preparation and storage notes

Heat shredded lamb in a frying pan for 5 minutes until heated through. Heat up pita breads in a frying pan with a little bit of oil to soften them up. Build your souvas with salad and tzaziki!
