This is our adaptation of a traditional Japanese dish you will fall in love with! Slow roasted eggplant brushed with a sweet and savory miso sauce – simply irresistible. All you have to do is heat and eat!

Ingredients
Jasmine rice, Onion, Coriander, Carrot, Soy sauce, Mirin, Sesame oil, Sesame seed, spring onion, Eggplant, Miso Paste, wombok, Salt, Pepper, canola oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 min or until piping hot. Microwave for a further 2-3 min if frozen.
