Chicken, Mushroom and Spinach Risoni

Risoni is as the name suggests, a pasta shaped in the style of rice. It's the perfect pasta to soak up flavours and works with all types of other elements. We have made a dish using risoni as well as chicken, mushrooms, spinach, parmesan, cream, white wine, chicken stock, and fresh thyme and parsley. Just delicious.
