Cranberry Clafoutis
Clafoutis, sometimes spelled clafouti in Anglophone countries, is a French dish of fruit, traditionally un-pitted black cherries, arranged in a buttered dish, covered with a thick but pourable batter, then baked to create a crustless tart. This time we are using cranberries and cranberry jam that we made to produce a beautiful dessert. Simply re-heat and serve with clotted creamm.
