ABOUT US
Prue has been working in the hospitality industry for nearly 30 years, working the pubs, clubs and bistros of the Geelong area, spending 5 years at Crown Melbourne, and spending a lot of time travelling and backpacking around the world. Prue settled in Anglesea in 2003 where she opened Offshore Cafe & Catering in 2003. Here she established a popular eatery, well known on the Surfcoast for quality, home cooked cuisine.
Expanding her repertoire to catering, Prue's cuisine is often shared in households, parties, weddings and all sorts of celebrations across the Geelong and Melbourne regions.
More recently Prue has established Country Larder Foods, which highlights her fabulous food (through Catering), and her now famous pies which can be found in many shops across Geelong, Surfcoast and the Bellarine Peninsula.
Now, with the help of COVID, she has developed the take home meal side of her business, providing menus from which you can choose an assortment of meals that allows Prue to help you and your family by having these delicious meals delivered straight to your door.
Unfortunately, at the moment the catering and wholesale side of the business has been incredibly busy, and therefore Prue is unable to offer weekly menus- as time allows (usually monthly) menus will be offered, as will specials.
