Chicken Coq a Vin

We use free range chicken thighs, bacon, button mushrooms, carrots, red wine, chicken stock and a range of fresh homegrown herbs in our Chicken Coq a Vin. It is cooked for a couple of hours, which gives it such a beautiful flavour and is delicious served with our Creamy Mash Potato.

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove lid and place in a 170 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until heated through.
