Italian Chicken
We use free range chicken thighs which are marinated in fresh herbs from our Kitchen Garden garlic and olive oil. They are then pan fried and finished in the oven with roasted veggies, passata, olives, feta and rosemary. This meal is delicious and can be served on it's own or with potato, rice or pasta .
Ingredients
Tomatoes, whole canned, Chicken thighs, Chicken stock, Zucchini, Green capsicum, Red capsicum, Onion, Carrots, Cherry tomatoes, Green olives, Feta, Marinade (Olive oil, Lemon juice, Oregano bunch, Garlic, Parsley, Basil, Salt, Pepper), Garnish (Feta, Oregano leaves), Salt, Pepper, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in fridge overnight. To cook remove lid and place in a 170-degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Once defrosted consume within 3 days.
