Roast Pumpkin and Chickpea Yellow Curry
Roast Pumpkin, with green beans and chickpeas is a delicious combination for this yellow curry. It has Pumpkin, fresh lime and chillies and Kaffir lime leaves from our Kitchen Garden and is perfect served with jasmine or brown rice.

Ingredients
Pumpkin jap, Coconut cream, Chickpeas, Vegetable stock, Green beans, Bamboo shoot, Yellow curry paste, Brown onions, Fish sauce, Lime juice, Peanut oil, Caster sugar, Red chilli, Salt, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost then heat in a 160 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Serve with jasmine rice.
