Spinach and Ricotta Lasagne

Using seasonal spinach and fresh ricotta along with our own free range eggs, our lasagne and it is the perfect vegetarian meal. It's full of flavour and goes well with a seasonal salad or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
Silverbeeet, Tomato passata, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Leek, Lasagne sheets, Parmesan, Eggs, Shaved parmesan, Butter, Parsley, Salt, Olive oil, Nutmeg, Lemon zest, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Remove lid and cook lasagne for 40-50 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
