Moussaka
Roasted Eggplant, Lamb Mince, Spices and Herbs are the key ingredients of this dish. It's finished with a mix of greek yoghurt. free range eggs, parmesan and feta. It's tasty and delicious and perfect with a seasonal salad.

Tomato passata, Lamb mince, Toppings for Moussaka (Greek yoghurt, Eggs, Feta, Parmesan), Eggplant, Onion, Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon, Pepper, Oregano, Cinnamon quill, Oregano leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost on fridge overnight. Remove lid and place in a 170 degree oven for 30-40 minuets or until cooked through and golden on top.
