Shepherds Pie
Our Shephards Pie is packed full of flavour and the creamy mash topping with homegrown chives completes the dish. It's so easy, just pop it in the oven and heat until golden on top. Serve with a salad or steamed veggies.
Ingredients
Lamb mince, Potato, Beef stock, Brown onions, Thickened cream, Peas, Red wine, Tomato paste, Unsalted butter, Carrots, Celery sticks, Worcestershire sauce, Olive oil, Salt, Garlic, Thyme, Pepper, Bay leaves, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in fridge overnight. Place in an 170 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden on top and heated through.
