Vegetarian Moussaka
Our Vegetarian Moussaka is wholesome and packed full of flavour with red lentils, capsicum, zucchini and spices. It is layered with roasted eggplant and has a greek yoghurt, free range egg and parmesan topping. It is definitely one of my favourites.
Ingredients
Tomato passata, Eggplant, Red capsicum, Lentils, Yoghurt, Onion, Zucchini, Vegetable stock, Oregano freshly, Parmesan ground, Eggs, Shaved parmesan, Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin, Oregano ground, Cinnamon quill.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove lid and place in a 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
