SHEPHERD'S PIE
A classic British pie of slow cooked quality grass-fed minced lamb & beef rich in flavour with carrots, celery, onions, my homemade beef stock, worcestershire sauce & a splash of red wine. Topped with a layer of green peas & a creamy buttery potato mash. Simply heat in the oven & dinner is done. Large size will serve 5-7 adults depending on side dishes and appetites
Ingredients
Potato, grass fed beef mince, free range grass fed lamb mince, Peas, Red Wine, Beef stock homemade, Onion brown, Carrot, Tomato paste thick, Tasty cheese, Cream, Celery, Worcestershire sauce, Butter, Paprika, Olive oil, Parsley, Sea salt, Thyme, Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Garlic.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid & place in pre-heated 180C oven until hot through middle, 25-45 min approx. depending on size. Keep refrigerated below 5C. Suitable to freeze.
