Cooked For You is all about sharing my love of cooking from scratch with real whole food ingredients.

• fresh produced sourced from local farmer's markets, organic or low-spray where possible

• no vegetable/seed oils or products containing additives, emulsifiers & other non-natural ingredients

Every dish is cooked as if am cooking for my own family - honest, nourishing & full of flavour.

How it works...

Menus are released on Wednesdays, orders close 5pm Fridays. Orders will be ready for delivery or pick up from Elsternwick the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Delivery available on Tuesdays for Elsternwick and Caulfield only with a number of delivery slots available. Minimum order value for delivery $80. Delivery fee $10.

Please leave out a cooler bag & ice bricks for your order or I can provide these for you to keep for a cost of $5

Meals are made fresh, not frozen, and ready to re-heat.
