Bolognese Sauce is a classic hearty beef ragout from Bologna. Our version stays true to the original, having a gutsy full flavour of beef and tomato, with fragrant Italian herbs.
This creamy bacon and parmesan sauce is the ultimate comfort food. Whilst the use of bacon and cream as an accompaniment in Italian cuisine goes back to the Romans, this modern incarnation adds some seasoned depth. Best served with pasta and topped with parmesan cheese. 500g serves 2 adults
This chicken pasta bake is made with a tomato pasta sauce. Filled with bacon, sizzling seasoned chicken, Spinach and generous on the cheese. A nice change from the usual creamy versions

Beef
Slow cooked in a rich bbq sauce. Shredded then mixed with the sauce it was made in. Great for burgers, wraps and burritos. An instant family favourite. 240g, two generous adult servings (or 4 smaller servings).
This baked Mexican beef and bean is topped with melted cheese and can be eaten on its own, stuffed in tacos or burrito wraps or as a nacho topping.... low to medium on the spice range- it's a quick and easy way to get a slow-cooked Mexicans style dinner in the table. 700g serves two adults

Our Mac & Cheese is made from a combination of cheddar, gruyere, mozzarella, parmesan and Colby cheeses and topped with a crumb crust. Delicious French Style "heart attack" mash is the buttery, creamy mash potatoes you usually only find in French Restaurants the perfect accompaniment to so many CoTC dishes, our mash is two generous serves. 400g serves 2 adults

This is a CotC interpretation of the blueberry cheesecake by Darren McGrady. A former Royal Chef. This is blend of cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese for the perfect tangy twist. Topped with a luscious blueberry glaze, it's a creamy and refreshing dessert that's as satisfying as it is indulgent.
This delectable Chocolate Tart topped with Raspberry glaze will satisfy any sweet tooth creamy chocolate ganache with a handmade raspberry glaze. Just in time for Easter, just defrost and eat! 8 adult serves
This Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart has a shortcrust base, with a velvety smooth salted caramel, and finally a rich chocolate ganache.
