The 90's were fun! We are revisiting and dragging sun-dried tomatoes to 2022 with our new chicken stew. Combining chicken, cherry tomatoes, basil and potatoes in a creamy sun dried tomato sauce this stew is sure to please. 650g, serves two adults, though you can also mix through baby spinach to round it out.
