Panettone - Triple Chocolate

Traditional, naturally leavened Panettone made with Cuvee's dark, milk and blanc de caramel chocolates and a flutter of sultanas. The dough includes orange puree to enhance both the colour and texture. The Triple Chocolate Panettone is topped with a salted hazelnut crust for the ultimate crunch. Once baked they are hung upside down for 12 hours - this results in the beautiful fluffy structure. The entire process takes around 3 days, it is a true labour of love and patience.
