The dishes presented on the Cookaborough platform are meals selected weekly from Citrus Caterings' extensive range of menu packages. You can now sign up to receive our weekly menu.

How it works:

Every SATURDAY morning our weekly menu is sent to your email. This menu will close on MONDAY evening. Delivery will be on a FRIDAY afternoon/evening. Citrus Catering is based in Ulladulla and our delivery area covers from Nowra in the North to Batemans Bay in the South and all areas in between.

Simply select which meals you would like, place your order and we will deliver to your door on Friday afternoon/evening.

Are you or is someone you knowon NDIS/HCP? Citrus Catering is now approved and can supply meals (of your choosing) directly to you under this arrangement. Contact us for more information.

About Us

Citrus Catering utilises fresh, quality produce sourced locally where possible, prepared in a fully certified commercial kitchen complying with all food hygiene standards. We provide a professional and friendly catering service using a fully trained food and beverage team.

Chef and owner Jonny Staples has over 30 years experience in numerous sectors of the hospitality industry. Before migrating from England Jonny held several senior positions including head chef at premier league football club Manchester City, British Sky Broadcasting Corporation and a London based global events company. Since moving out to Australia Jonny spent 2 years working with renowned Sydney caterer Belinda Franks and was sous chef at the award winning Bannisters Restaurant in Mollymook (now Rick Stein at Bannisters). After leaving Bannisters in 2006 Jonny founded Citrus Catering where he has built up a reputation on the South Coast of NSW for producing fine food and delivering excellent service.
