Preparation and storage notes

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS - Place the packaged meal into the microwave and heat on high for 2 minutes, carefully shake and heat a further 1 to 2 minutes. REMOVE THE SEAL CAREFULLY AS STEAM WILL HAVE BUILT UP DURING HEATING.
