Preparation and storage notes

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS - oven or microwave.
If oven 10 - 15 mins (covered so doesn't dry out) until desired temperature / if microwave heat for 3 mins / stir / heat for further 2 mins. Or quickly stir fry for max effect.
