This one come from Justice of the Pies chef Broussard from a visit to Chicago a few years ago. It's a great compliment to the other peach offerings for the summer season in order to take full advantage of this seasonal, local stone fruit. Part of our healthy dessert range. This dessert starts with a spelt flour biscuit base lightly sweetened with monkfruit sweetener, layered with tart cherries and topped with crispy oatmeal crumble. Great as is or heat in your oven for a warming healthy dessert.
