A traditional special occasion dessert pie. A flaky crust filled with spiced pumpkin-based velvety smooth custard. A favourite for holidays, Sunday dinners or 'treat-yourself' dessert. Pairs well with fresh whipped cream.

Pumpkin purée, Evaporated milk, Milk, White sugar, Dark brown sugar, Pumpkin spice, Whole egg, Pastry (GF).

METHOD Mix pumpkin mix with dry then partially beaten eggs. Add wet. Pour in base.
