A traditional special occasion dessert pie with a twist. A flaky crust filled with spiced pumpkin and coconut based velvety smooth custard and topped with streusel. Pastry, Pumpkin spice, Pumpkin purée, Coconut cream, Dark brown sugar, Salt.

METHOD Mix pumpkin mix with dry then partially beaten eggs. Add wet. Pour in base.
