Carmel loves to spend her time in the kitchen thinking about the ingredients she can use to enhance the food she is making, selecting only the best quality produce, carefully and lovingly putting everything together to create a meal to be enjoyed by others.

Coming from a catering background, Carmel has run many kitchens, but her favourite job was working in a school with over 230 boarders. She spent hours working on menus , talking to the students finding out what was important to them. It was such a pleasure putting together a meal for the students , that could transition them back to their kitchens at home.

That same passion is put into the meals she creates for her customers , each menu item carefully thought through, thinking of the person at their table savouring a meal that has been prepared just for them.
