Frequently asked questions
Bread and baked goods orders must be received by 9am Wednesday for Friday pick up or delivery. Order open Monday morning each week.
Orders are available for collection between 12.00 - 5.30pm from our bakery located at 167 Pink Lake Rd. We're sorry but we are unable to arrange for an earlier pick up time, our full pre-order menu isn't available until then which is why we only open pre-order collection from 9am when our team will be ready to pick and pack the orders.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order (things don't always go to plan when you are working with sourdough and a wood fired oven!) we will either provide you with a credit or offer you an alternative product. Please leave a contact number when you order so we can see what you would prefer.
We can refund orders in full if the order is cancelled before our menu cut off time. Unfortunately if our menu has closed for the week then we are unable to cancel and refund your order. Please email betterwithbread@breadlocal.com.au or call us on 0477 948 731 if you need to discuss any changes to an order you have placed.
I'm sorry we aren't able to make changes to the menu or add additional items to your order that aren't available for pre-order. If you need to contact us about our menu or have a query please email or call us before placing an order online.
You are able to change your order through our online ordering platform before our pre-order menu closes at 12pm on Wednesday. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes after this cut off time.
