Bread worth sharing bakery has been developed to provide you with bread you can share with confidence. The idea developed when a Dad who loves bread, and his youngest daughter, couldn't eat gluten.
With lots of trial and error and steep learning curves the journey from there to here included writing a landmark book about bread without gluten. 'Promise & Fulfillment: formulas for real bread without gluten', published in 2019 is at the heart of the bread baked here.
