Thai Mango Chicken Curry
Everyone loves a great curry, especially creamy coconut milk curries. This Thai Mango Chicken Curry is absolutely delicious and a great winter warmer. The Korma Curry is a mild, creamy curry that is spiced for flavour and not for heat. Product delivered frozen. Min 1400g, serves 4. Preparation, cooking and serving instructions Frozen product. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. To reheat, empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally until piping hot, alternatively you can empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Sprinkle with some fresh coriander before serving. Serve with Naan and basmati rice (not included).

Chicken thighs, Coconut milk, Mango purée, Chicken stock, Brown Onion, Red curry paste, Minced Garlic, Fish sauce, Extra virgin olive oil, Minced Ginger, Red chilli, Kaffir lime leaves.
