Beef Ragu Sauce (Pasta Not Included)
Indulge in the heartiness of our Beef Ragu with Pasta! Slow-cooked, tender beef in a robust tomato and herb sauce, generously ladled over perfectly al dente pasta. To defrost, put in the fridge for 24 hours. Once defrosted, reheat, and consume within 48 hours. Empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally till piping hot or alternatively empty into a microwave-safe container and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Best served with Pappardelle or Tagliatelle (not included). When serving you can sprinkle some grated parmesan and some fresh basil.

Beef, Tinned tomato, Water, Red wine, Brown Onion, Stock Cube, Celery, Carrots, Minced Garlic, Tomato paste, Parmesan, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Thyme, Bay leaves, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
