Chicken thighs, Chicken stock, Coconut milk, Basmati rice, Sweet potato, Baby spinach, Minced Garlic, Extra virgin olive oil, Lime juice, Fish sauce, Minced Ginger, Shallot Onions, Ginger, Ground Turmeric, Coriander, Salt, Cayenne pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Microwave 800w: FROM FRESH HIGH 2-3 minutes. FROM FROZEN 5-7 minutes. (TRAY IS MICROWAVE SAFE). Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir & ENJOY!
