Thai Mango Chicken Curry
Everyone loves a great curry, especially creamy coconut milk curries. This Thai Mango Chicken Curry is absolutely delicious and a great winter warmer. Served with rice.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Coconut milk, Mango purée, Chicken stock, Basmati rice, Brown Onion, Red curry paste, Minced Garlic, Fish sauce, Extra virgin olive oil, Minced Ginger, Red chilli, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Microwave 800w: FROM FRESH HIGH 2-3 minutes. FROM FROZEN 5-7 minutes. (TRAY IS MICROWAVE SAFE). Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir & ENJOY!
