About us

Our small bakery started in early 2023 more as an hobby then anything else.

Massimo is been a chef for the last 30 years and about 10 years ago had this growing passion about anything to do with baking and worked in a few places around Sydney. 

At Biga Artisan we started creating a small menu with hand made pastas, lasagne, meatballs and anything that the chefs felt like cooking on the day with whatever products available on the market and needless to say is been very successful.

We’ve now decided to offer a larger range of pastries and meals for you to be enjoyed at home.

You’ll be able to pick up in store during our opening hours or have it delivered on certain days.
