Vegetable and Lentil Lasagne
A classic family favourite, our vegetable and lentil lasagne is made in a traditional way with passata and bechamel sauce. Serve with fresh sourdough or focaccia and a fresh green salad.

Ingredients
Red lentils, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Leek, Garlic, Olive oil, Red wine, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Herbs, Cheese, Butter, Milk, Dried lasagne sheets.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat through @180-200C until hot in the middle when tested with a small knife. This meal can be frozen.
