Ingredients
Eggplant, Basil, Napoletana sauce, Garlic, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Olive oil, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Simply reheat in the oven at 160C for about 30 minutes. You may want to increase the heat for the last 10 minutes for a little colour on top. This meal can be frozen.
