FROZEN Corn, Bean, and Capsicum Enchiladas
The Mexican answer to lasagne and a firm favourite in our household. Packed full of veggies and rice and then covered with our Napoli and 3 cheese blend, ready for you to pop into the oven. 3 pieces per tray.
Ingredients
Napoli, Tortilla, Red capsicum, Red kidney beans, Water, Sweetcorn, Onion, Brown rice, Cheese Blend (Maffra Cheddar, Haloumi, Parmesan), Tomato paste, Extra virgin olive oil, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin ground, Sweet paprika, Oregano, Salt flakes.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost fully in tray. Place the uncovered tray in a moderate (180-200c) oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the product is hot throughout.
