An unrivalled stir-fry dish, in my opinion. This spicy, umami-filled sauce will delight and surprise. Serve with noodles or rice and our oyster Asian greens

Ingredients
Chuck steak, Red onion, Fresh ginger, Chicken stock, Soy sauce, Chinese shaoxing wine, Brown sugar, Canola oil, Spring onion, Soy sauce (GF), Cornflour, Peeled garlic, Chilli flakes, Bicarb soda.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve with steamed rice and Asian greens.
