FROZEN Beef Meatball Braise with Coriander Zhoug
This Middle Eastern tomato braise gets its flavour kick from the harissa and rich tomato Sugo. Finished with a bright fresh coriander Zhoug, this is a quick and easy meal you won't forget in a hurry! Serve with cous cous or crusty bread.
Ingredients
Italian tin tomatoes, Beef sausage mince, Chickpeas, Vegetable stock, Brown onion, Coriander, Harissa, Parsley, Canola oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Mint, Garlic, White wine vinegar, Green chilli, Peeled garlic, Salt flakes, Cumin ground, Caster sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
De-frost fully in bag. Heat contents in microwave for 3-4 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve with steamed rice or cous cous.
