Lamb shoulder boneless, Vegetable stock, Italian tin tomatoes, Chickpeas, Brown onion, Leek, White wine, Celery, Olive oil, Garlic, Salt - pyramid, Bay leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Fully defrost lamb braise in bag. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot through. Serve with creamy mash potatoes, or soft cheesy polenta.
