Snacks
Our garlic bread is stone baked in our pizza oven and then finished with lashings of garlic butter.
This delicious canapé is perfect as a pre-dinner snack or as part of a grazing lunch. We use our beetroot relish, and Bill's of Belgrave hot smoked salmon, which is simply the best.
Pea, broad bean and mint arancini with smoked mozzarella, and lemon aioli. These bad boys are gluten-free as well. Boom!
Mains
Chicken Galantine - Whole chicken boned and rolled, stuffed with a chicken mousse (brandy currants, pine nuts and fresh herbs). Approx final weight is 1kg cut into 6 generous slices. The product is cooked by us, so you just heat and serve.
This traditional Easter Sunday lamb roast is a long time fave at Easter. Marinated in fresh herbs, garlic, and lemon, then slow roasted for many hours. Serve with roasted potatoes and salad.

Our pizza dough is made with locally milled biodynamic flour and is cold-proven for up to 24 hours giving it a characteristic nutty flavour. One ball will give you a 12-13" pizza base.
Frozen for your convenience, our gluten-free pizza base is ready to shape and bake. Just add toppings. One dough makes a 12-13 inch pizza.
