FROZEN BAKED LAMB & OREGANO MEATBALLS WITH TOMATO HARISSA SAUCE PACK

A real family favourite on high rotation at the Farmhouse. Harissa is a North African spice, it has a bold and smokey flavour. We make sure it's not too spicy for the kids. Tender meatballs are immersed in a tomato and oregano sauce. Small 600g: Serves 2-3 adults with accompaniments Medium: 1.2kg Serves 4 adults with accompaniments Preparation, Cooking, and Serving Instructions. Frozen Product, defrost overnight in the fridge. Re-heat only once and consume within 48 hours. Microwave: Open pouch. Heat on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Note: Microwave times may vary depending on model. Small Pack: approx 10 mins Medium Pack: approx 15 mins Large Family Pack: approx 20 mins Stovetop: Remove contents from the pouch. Bring to a simmer for 5 mins, allow to stand 2 mins before serving. Preparation and storage notes
