Half Serve Chickpea & Gochujang Pasta

AKA TikTok Pasta-This is so, so, so good, and surprisingly it freezes really well too. And yes, it really is a recipe taken from TikTok, we are pretty cool here in the farmhouse, at least I can spell TikTok now!!!! Don't know what Gochujang is, well it is a bit spicy, a bit funky, salty and deeply savoury. Gochujang traditionally also gets its gentle sweetness from its fermentation process, which takes place over several years and sees the starches in the rice convert to sugars. So, so yummy! Small: 250-300g serves 1 adult Preparation, Cooking, and Serving Instructions. Keep Refrigerated. Can be eaten warm or cold. Microwave: Loosen tray lid. Heat on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Note: Microwave times may vary depending on model. Small Tray: approx 2-3 mins Oven: Pre-heat 160c, remove lid and cover with foil. Heat through until piping hot (75c and above) allow to stand 2 mins before serving. For best results use the microwave. Enjoy!
