Lamb and mint are the perfect matches. We cook our lamb shoulder overnight so the meat just falls apart in your mouth. Add in grains and pulses that soak up all the Middle Eastern flavours, and it becomes a very filling meal that makes you feel so very comforted. You won't want to share it with anyone. Small 400mL: Serves 1 adults Medium: 1200mL Serves 4 adults Large: 2500mL Serves 8 adults Preparation, Cooking, and Serving Instructions. Keep Refrigerated. Microwave: Open pouch. Heat on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Note: Microwave times may vary depending on model.
