Annie's Lemon Meringue Pie

It's all about the lemon, the tartness of the deep yellow curd paired with a slightly sweetened light and airy meringue. This recipe has been in our family cookbook ever since I was a child and is the one I use today. It's only a little bit naughty, but I like naughty!

White wine vinegar, Egg white, Water, Lemon rind, Sugar, Lemon juice, Butter (Milk), Cornflour (GF), Egg yolk, Marie biscuits (Wheat, Milk, Soy)

Preparation and storage notes

Enjoy hot or cold. For best results reheating use the oven. Pre-heat 160c, remove tray lid, gently heat until desired temperature is reached.
