FROZEN Roasted Pumpkin and Fetta Arancini Balls
Coming from our Roasted Pumpkin, Feta, and Pine nut risotto recipe. These little Arancini balls are so good and don't last very long once they come out of the oven, great for a light lunch with a side salad or eat a few extra for dinner. Small-3 Balls Medium-6 Balls Large-12 Balls
Ingredients
Pumpkin jap whole, Rice, arborio, Pumpkin, Pumpkin Grey whole, Butter, Onion-Brown, Garlic peeled, Vegeta, Apple juice, Celery, Carrot, Thyme, Salt, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep Refrigerated. Microwave on high until steaming hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Oven, pre-heat to 160c, remove tray lid and heat 10 to 20min until steaming hot. Cover with foil if the contents are drying out
