Can not wait to cook this lasagna, packed full of Farmhouse garden thyme, and bay leaf we gently poach the chicken with leek, carrot, and celery, make a beautiful bechamel sauce from the chicken stock, and layer your daily allowance of greens, namely broccoli and baby spinach, topped off with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Ready to be re heated-2 and turned golden brown in your oven at 160c for best results. Can be re heated through the microwave too if in a really big rush. Preparation and storage notes
Keep Refrigerated. Microwave for best results on high until hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving. Oven, pre-heat to 160c, remove tray lid, heat 10 to 20 min until hot. Cover with foil if contents drying out.
